    I want it to remember so that I don’t have to repeat myself to the AI, as it gets mind bogging. It should be like a normal person who remembers the things they’ve spoken.

    I like it a lot but if it wasn’t charging u for the whole service I think u could get way more out of it an it’s set up really heat a lot of good stuff in here if u stay with it an it don’t say u need a membership after 7 days then I think it could be very useful

    This app is for you. Want to feel more at peace in your mind and soul? Stop Scrolling the app stop, this is the ONE! The journal function alone is so insightful and the prompts are very meaningful and directive. The exercises and educational resources are also unbeatable compared to every other app or program I’ve used. I was not expecting to get ALL of the things that are included with the paid plan, but let me just say, it is a substantial amount of content. Really amazing job. I’ve only been using this for a few weeks and I’ve recommended it to 4 people.

    I absolutely love this app. I was looking for a “all in one” app and this did it. It keeps me grounded and my reminders help me stay on track and work on different thought patterns everyday. Highly recommended!

    Update: They brought it back!!! So I brought back my 5 stars. The user interface is closer to what it used to be, and I’m so appreciative! I do wonder if the chat bot has been trained differently as it has a different tone during chats, but the entry summary is as great as it used to be. I’ll resubscribe now!! Thank you!! ———// I’ve been using this for years. Love it. I honestly mostly tend to use when I’m feeling down/worried/anxious and am less likely to use when all is well, but that’s ok. It shows a great visual log of my lower moods and I’ve started to see patterns related to sleep and other things. One thing I’m so bummed about (and hence my lowering from 5 to 4 stars) is a change in the Chatbot. It used to give an entry summary and key insights. I saved all of those and was able to really see patterns. Now the chat doesn’t do that. Can we bring that back please? I’ve decided to wait and see before I renew my subscription in a few days. It makes that much of a difference to me.

    Omg I’m NEVER one to like self help apps. I’ve always thought they were dumb and I could never remember to keep up with them, and they always were missing the point of what I was looking for. THIS APP… omg, *chefs kiss* whoever invented this app needs an award. I couldn’t have made a better app for myself if I tried! I love how simple it is to log how your day is with very quick yet weirdly helpful responses it has, it helps you focus on the good in your day and if your day is bad, helps lift you up. The ai chat bot is FANTASTIC omg, I might cancel my psychiatrist just because this chat bot is the best thing ever! I never thought I’d cry talking to a robot haha… it’s SO lifelike that you forget you’re talking to a computer. And it hits the “nail on the head” for emotional support and making you feel heard and seen. And gave me insanely good and reassuring ideas on how to solve my problems, WAYY past what something like google could ever give me. And presents it in a way like you’re talking to your best friend. (Opposed to something like Siri… “here’s what I found on the internet.”) JUST WOW. whoever invented this app, THANK YOU WHOLEHEARTEDLY.
