    I’ve been using this for years. Love it. I honestly mostly tend to use when I’m feeling down/worried/anxious and am less likely to use when all is well, but that’s ok. It shows a great visual log of my lower moods and I’ve started to see patterns related to sleep and other things. One thing I’m so bummed about (and hence my lowering from 5 to 4 stars) is a change in the Chatbot. It used to give an entry summary and key insights. I saved all of those and was able to really see patterns. Now the chat doesn’t do that. Can we bring that back please? I’ve decided to wait and see before I renew my subscription in a few days. It makes that much of a difference to me.

    I have an advanced degree in philosophy. I’m also a millennial I’m competent when it comes to using mobile apps however, despite my best effort, I have not been able to cancel my free trial and with this charged $60. I have written clarity to correct the mistake and they have not been responsive. I’m very upset and would like a full refund.
