    I think it’s good. I like how the Chatbot isn’t like other apps, it actually remembers and analyzes everything you say and asks helpful questions. However, I hate how it restarts your progress every week… It’s Sunday at midnight now, everything I said to the bot has been erased, it was glitching when it was responding to me while I was talking to it, in fact, ALL THE CHECKINS I DONE THE WEEK BEFORE HAVE BEEN ERASED! I just wanted to talk to the Chatbot again, as well as think about what I said days before…

    As we all pretty much know, kids get really stressed out. Rather.. Homework, school, anxiety, disorder, making friends, ect, it's pretty tuff. I get overwhelmed easily and like being multi-tasked unless I want to be. I also have SAD *an anxiety disorder.* I want to stop self diagnosing myself but that's pretty hard. With all this lying and betrayal I have been through these months and this year, it's pretty overwhelming for me. But with this app, it helps me. It's so beautifully amazing of how people create apps to help others with whatever they're going through. Thank You so much, have a wonderful life. -Bella.

    It feels like I’m actually in therapy and it’s easy to use and it gets straight to the point! I love it so far and I love that they have a chat bot where you can talk to someone asap and almost better than a regular ai because they are doctors so they are smarter than the average ai

    I really like this app so far for monitoring moods and walking you through thoughts that might be detrimental or unhealthy. I deal with a lot of frustration in my day-to-day life, but it helps me unpack all of it and understand how I'm feeling and WHY I'm feeling.

    I’ve used quite a few apps like this and had high hopes after seeing the ratings but honestly it’s not a great app. Very basic prompts, absolutely force fed AI “innovation” that’s so poorly executed, so much clutter and junk in the app that ironically is supposed to help you clear your mind. It’s far too busy and worst of all - they charged me without any notification of my trial expiring and no way to contact any support. Poof there goes $60! Find any other alternative

    I liked that after identifying my feelings it used to remind me what feelings I listed and then I could journal off of that.

  • Chatbot only responds in Spanish

    The app seems like a useful tool, but one day the chatbot decided it would only respond in Spanish. I can’t have a serious check-in if the chatbot is giving me responses in Spanish every time. Maybe someone should explore its triggers? Seems odd it decided to start speaking Spanish when I asked about privacy/confidentiality.
