    I recently tried to sign up after downloading the app and was denied access after I logged in and submitted pictures I’m not sure why because I’ve done nothing inappropriate however I shouldn’t be discriminated against when I’m applying to the app like everyone else.

    Peace & blessings all‼️Signed up yesterday and a few minutes after creating the account I was banned for no known reason. Reached out to customer service to ask why and no reason was provided. However my account being banned is the final decision according to the customer representative. Makes no sense to ban someone and not let them know what they did incorrectly to get to this point. Unfair treatment however I will respect that and keep it pushing positively. Just be mindful family when using this app.

    I downloaded this app a long time ago. I’m hardly ever on it. I get emails from BPM saying that people has reported bad behavior from me. My question is how could somebody report bad behavior if I haven’t talked to anybody on it. The app has even been deleted off my phone. So I sent them a response back asking if these people have proof that I’ve said or done something because I have not been on the site for quite some time. They responded back by telling me that I got another report of bad behavior. I deleted my account completely after the first email no one that I have not been on there. And then for them to say that somebody else had reported bad behavior after I deleted my account. Sounds fishy.

    I’ve had this app before pay to renew yet to get it updated. Very hard to get help. nothing but run around they have my money and won’t start the account.

    I really wanted to like BlackPeopleMeet, but the user experience is frustrating. Every single time you pass on someone, it immediately asks if you want to boost — which gets very annoying, very fast. It feels pushy instead of enjoyable. Also, the timeline isn’t consistent, so you can’t clearly tell who viewed your profile. On top of that, there’s no easy, centralized place to see messages, which makes communication confusing. Overall, the platform could be much better with a smoother layout and fewer constant upsell prompts.
