    I spent time creating a profile. Logged out - tried to log back in when I downloaded the app. It locked me out and said they banned my account. Reached out to them and explained I logged out to log in to the app and I was locked out. Now they have my photos and information and my account is not deleted. Trying to work with customer support is talking to a bot. I would not recommend

    I specifically requested people within my area and the app is matching me with people on the other side of the country. Also, it appears that it matches me on the other side that do NOT match my criteria because I have people 20 years older than me reaching out! 🙄. Waste of MYtime and MYmoney

    I'm Olivia, 40years old from USA. I joined this dating app hoping to connect with genuine men, between the ages of 50 to upwards but Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. My NO is Six Zero Nine, Two Zero Five, Zero Zero Two Six. After paying for a subscription, I expected to be able to chat and build real connections. Instead I found out that I couldn't even send proper messages without being asked for more money. It's frustrating and feels like a constant push to spend more, with no real results or communication happening. You can tx me if you are interested, I'm very pretty woman with self worth and most important GOD fearing

    They banned me on Match and it carried over to this site as Match owns all the major dating services. I was a victim of revenge reporting and they did nothing to get my side of the story. Stay away!

    Definitely don’t bother if you’re gay or lesbian. This app is not for us. It has an option for men seeking men or women seeking women. I chose man seeking men who are within a 30 mile range. I had numerous women presented to me, and almost all of the men that were presented to me lived in other states. I’m not even sure if they were gay or not as the app doesn’t specify. I signed up for a six month contract to be charged in four installments of $30. After one day, I realized this app would not work for me and requested that my sub subscription be not be charged any further, but they were unwilling to accommodate my request and I had to pay the total of $199.99. MONEY DOWN THE TOILET.

    The AI must be taking a vacation because I can’t get a hold of anybody. They send me links to reset my password which tell me that the link has expired and there is no way to get a hold of anybody human they say go ahead and send an email. You can get the from the site. I’m on the site. There’s no place to send an email.

    I have been trying unsuccessfully to reach customer support as it is impossible to change the status of my subscription (that i regretted less than one hour into signing up). I’m unable to stop auto renew, unable to remove my credit card number.. I’m waiting for Apple to help. The app is glitchy. And even when I am a paying member it appears most of the people I have liked are still unable to see that I’ve liked them (what am i paying for?).
