    If I could I would rate is zero stars. Signed up via app & less than 12 hrs later account was blocked. Reached out to customer support 3 times & wasn’t told why my account was blocked. Appealed once more for explanation and they refused to provide reason. Terrible customer service, no phone number to talk with a person who can answer questions.

    This app shows you a lot of match’s from your state UNTIL you sign up! Then in order to keep you on the app longer they start showing you matches from all the other states and VERY FEW matches from your state! You’d be better off to just look around the town you live in for someone. Your odds would be just about the same! In my opinion they should be investigated by states AG’s for fraud!!

    I joined in April. Not a single meet, let alone a date. Most men that I “liked” never even responded. I’m 60 and good for my age, educated and financially secure. FB was better and it was free. Good luck to the rest of you

    I haven't been a member for a couple of years so I go back on and use my same email address and they tell me they already have it in the system so I can't get in. I don't have a new email address. I'm using the same one I've had for years. I don't have another email address so please tell me how I can reapply And you will accept me we just go around in circles and I get nowhere. I'd appreciate an answer or I'm one customer you won't have. Isn't that a shame?

    The app functions ok but I live in a large city and the vast majority of views come from outside the area that I’ve indicated. I’m willing to drive to. It doesn’t seem that the app uses the filters I’ve provided.

    I have so many issues trying to log in to my account. Nothing works and the link to reset my password doesn’t do anything and every time I try to reach someone it’s just a computer sending the same message over and over but no solution

    First problem is that it took several days of my paid membership to get a simple picture approved that had a good resolution and followed site guidelines. Most importantly the selection is very very poor. The match I communicated with said the same. Its like a ghost town, hardly no one uses this app. THIS SHOULD BE FREE - There are better sites to spend your money. This site is so desperate for money that they BLOCK all your previous messages when your membership expires. Other apps dont do this. SAVE YOUR MONEY !!! Use another app.

    Unfortunately, they don’t filter out their people very well because there are people on here who are very abusive and post things that are not representative of who they actually are ,fake pictures or pictures that have been tampered with. I can’t totally blame the site itself for this, but there just needs to be better follow up on some of these abusers.
