    The pseudo-captcha used to prove you’re human throws an error in the mobile app. It works as expected in the web version.

    Site will stop working while you are messaging. Will not open sometimes. It is like it can’t handle the traffic. Terrible!

    I feel this is a ripoff. Why do I have to upgrade to see messages? Ridiculous and the operators should be ashamed of producing this scam app for seniors.

    I recently downloaded the app and made an account for the first time. However less than an hour later when attempting to return to the app and login a pop up appeared saying access to my account had been blocked. After emailing OutTime help like instructed, and using the provided link, the only responses I received told me to fill out a ban appeal. After 3 days of not hearing anything I sent out another email asking for an update and was again instructed to fill out a ban appeal and that no further messages would be received. I filled out that second ban appeal about 5 days ago and still have heard nothing, not have I been able to log back into my account. Things to note, I was never given any warning that my account was reported, suspected of fraud, or that it was being considered to be banned. I was never once told that I was going to be banned, nor have I even been told why. My only hunch is that maybe one of the pictures I submitted was considered inappropriate? However no nudes were used and again I was never told that any picture was considered inappropriate or violated any guidelines. I am very dissatisfied with the minimal and poor communication from the help team, and that my account still cannot be accessed for reasons that have not been made clear to me at any time.

    I don’t understand where the highlights come from because none of them (so far) have matched any of the criteria I set up. Except for the smoking. There haven’t been any smokers in my highlights. However, height range, miles away, body type and all the rest are completely ignored. So why are my highlights highlights when they aren’t of interest to me?

    I can’t access so I signed on the internet and it has none of my profile or messages. Now I can’t get in at all and it keeps timing out. There is no info anywhere that I can find to contact and find out what happened. Please advise as this appears to be the only option. I have tried deleting app, reinstalling and again it just times out.

    Tried using the ap and cannot verify my phone number- even not using the app they act like I was banned and I cannot get any assistance. Not even to try canceling and erasing my profile. Horrible customer service-Probably overseas.
