The app is required to connect weather station displays to Wi-Fi, program location settings to receive local Internet weather forecasts on the stations, and set up Data Streams for custom messaging and weather updates. Good luck getting this app to do what it is supposed to do. Instructions are too general to be applied to specific units. Lazy engineering and bad manual editing

This is my second Weather station from lacrosse. Both weather stations have become unsupported and obsolete, and no longer work after the first one they gave me a discount to buy the second one but still after a couple years now that one is obsolete. Not happy with their products would never buy again.

Everything works as described, but I don’t think the wind monitoring is accurate, we have very high winds here and the monitoring doesn’t seem to display the highest winds.
  • Not very intuitive

The is no install/setup that searches for or adds devices so one has to do it one item at a time. Also not clear how to delete previous sensors nor how to get the sensors to connect to the weather station. The wind ready fine on the app but does not show up on the stand alone unit. :(
