    My first station broke and was bugged and they let me keep it and they sent another for free. Thank you!! Very good, haven’t had a problem since that happened. Good overall and customer service is great and fast.

  • Device refuses to connect to LaCrosse server

    Both phone with app and device is on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Goes thru the information transfer routine then fails. Every single time. I’ve shut down Mesh. No difference. I’ve done factory reset. No help App is no help at all.

    I wrote customer service several times regarding the remote viewing feature on this weather station. They walked me through resetting it, but I’ve never been able to use the feature through the app, which is why I bought this device. Other than that, it’s a decent weather station, although the outdoor humidity has always been pegged at 99%.

    Fantastic weather coverage. Outside, inside temps, wind speed and rain amounts. And you can monitor your conditions from anywhere that has internet! See what’s going on weather wise while you are away on vacation.

  • Getting annoying

    The app was ok. Now once a day it tries to get me to subscribe to their service I don’t need with a full page pop up. Or buy a new version of what I already have. The add takes up the whole screen. It is annoying and was not part of the app when I purchased. I will not be purchasing any more devices from this company because of the frequent adds. REDUSE THE AMOUNT OF IN APP ADDS FOR YOUR ADD ON SERVICE. DAILY ADDS ARE ANNOYING.

    Software talks to weather device, says it’s on network, but gets no data. Tried to configure device on iPad and android phone. Same problem, talks to it, then stops. This the last lacrosse device I will buy

    Really easy to set up. I’m not that great with adding internet devices, so it was pleasant. I like the large display. I like the wind speed and direction especially.

  • Cheap product with poor support

    Decent hardware but doesn’t integrate through the application well. My weather station stays updated with data but data points in the application have more holes than a colander. Also I paid for the subscription for a year and it was 50/50 for availability. When the subscription expired I get hammered by a subscription advertisement that I have to acknowledge before I can view my devices.

  • Rain gage

    My rain gage has never worked for more than a week. Continually loses connection. Have replaced it twice but still does not work, very frustrating.
